About this training
What to expect
A new technique, a new experience.
During this specialization, you will be introduced to the ancient art of fire cupping (Huǒ Ba Guàn 火拔罐), the traditional basis of all cupping techniques.
You will learn how to create a vacuum in a cup with fire, how to apply it safely and effectively to the body, and what special effects this has on circulation, energy, and releasing blockages.
With fire cupping, you combine warmth and vacuum to restore the energy balance (Qi) in the body. This ancient technique from traditional Chinese medicine ensures more intensive blood circulation, accelerates the removal of waste products, and helps release blockages.
Within Transformational Cupping® we combine fire cupping with massage, gua sha and breathing techniques. This creates a unique approach that not only provides physical relief, but also helps release inner blockages and restores balance in body and mind.
