About this training
Gentle, effective, and holistic.
Discover the power of natural skin improvement with our professional facial cupping training.
During this in-depth training, you will learn how to stimulate the skin, reduce tension, and activate the natural healing process of the face with gentle cupping techniques.
This training combines ancient Eastern techniques with modern insights into skin improvement, skin health, and holistic beauty.
In addition to practical techniques, we delve deeper into how the skin works from within. We focus on the skin microbiome, the gut-skin connection, and the influence of nutrition and lifestyle on skin aging, inflammation, and general skin condition.
You will learn how facial cupping not only has a lifting and relaxing effect, but also stimulates blood circulation, lymphatic drainage, and collagen production.
